The Abattoir

Container with a built-in full butcher line and carcass cooling room. Isolated, ventilated and cooled with low-energy solutions. Size of a standard 40 ft container for easy logistics around the world. For ruminants and monogastric animals (cattle, sheep, goats, horses, donkeys, pigs etc.). 

Processing Area

Container with a built-in processing line for large and small cuts, minced, smoked and boiled products, sausages and sliced products. Including packing for ready-to-market products.  Processing of poultry and fish is also possible. Size of a standard 40 ft container. Isolated and cooled for low energy consumption.

Customized abattoir

The AVS Compact Abattoir and the AVS Compact Processing Container can also be set up seperately or with other AVS compact products or be coupled directly with existing buildings. It can be moved to other location if relevant.

Training

Our standard solution includes key-staff training in Denmark, including theoretical and practical training on equipment, butcher technics, different animal types and size, and product development. Special training on request.

Supervision

Our professional and experienced butchers will visit your facility, and supervise the staff on optimizing production flow, product development and other relevant topics. Our butchers also provide you with product ideas and solutions for your product portfolio.
